Good Vibrations

If you are wondering if anyone can be a medium, the answer is yes. As with many people with special talents, Mediums are no different. Some people however, are born with more natural talent than others; for example, anyone can try and become an artist by first picking up a pencil and drawing, but some people can only draw stick figures, while others can draw magnificent portraits. Certainly with the proper training, their skills can become enhanced and more developed.
It works the same way with mediumship. Some mediums are born to be more naturally attuned to higher frequencies than others. Let me explain. To better develop one's mediumistic abilities, one must become more attuned to the energies existing on a different level or frequency, and to do this, much practice and patience is required and necessary. When a person leaves this earthly dimension where everything is solid and dense, upon shedding their physical bodies, they begin to exist in a world where everything is vibrating much more quickly. Anyone can learn how to raise their vibration to connect and communicate with the subtle energies all around them; it is similar to a tv antenna picking up the signals that are close by. Raising your vibration refers to raising your spiritual frequency and this also helps you to increase your awareness on many levels, allowing yourself to see the bigger picture. There are many ways in which one can raise their vibration. Some of the following are some examples but are no means the only ways to do this:
MEDITATION:
By meditating daily in a quiet place, you can train yourself to quiet your mind and at the same time try and listen if any messages are given to you and if so, from who. Im sure many of you may associate meditating with chanting and sitting in a funny position but this does not have to be the case. Just sitting in a comfortable chair or lying in your bed while taking deep breaths in and out can do the trick. If you find your mind wanders to a thought such as, did I turn off the stove? or if you allow tiny noises that are around to distract you, just simply push those thoughts and ideas aside for the duration of your meditation. Quieting the mind can be a tricky task but is easily attainable with practice. A very easy meditation that I use to teach my students to raise their vibration is called the elevator meditation. Simply imagine yourself inside of an elevator made of clear crystal with no doors and as you step inside of the elevator you notice there are many floors going up. Push whatever level you are comfortable with and picture yourself rising to that level, one floor at a time. When you get to the level that you wish, just stay there and feel what it's like to have your vibration raised. There you may make contact with your deceased relatives, or maybe your guide. Either way, ask them to step into your elevator and allow any messages to filter through. You may find that you understand exactly what they are saying without any physical words exchanging.
TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOUR TEMPLE:
We have all heard the expression, "your body is your temple". Keeping your temple pure and free of toxins can also help you raise your vibration. Toxins such as alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, refined foods, pesticides and even animal products can significantly lower your vibration. Instead, try incorporating fresh fruits and vegatables, whole grains, nuts, lugumes into your diet. I recommend buying organic anything whenever possible and try and stay in an environment where the air is clear so that you don't breathe in toxic fumes or second hand smoke.
I know it may not be easy to stay stress free but stress can lower your vibration as well. Exercising can relieve so much stress and tension in the body. Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and try and incorporate it into your routine. Maybe you like to swim, play tennis or even hike on a trail in nature. Exercise doesn't have to be a bore or a chore if you find a physical activity that you enjoy. Some people find that listening to music helps them relieve stress as well. Sometimes it is important to listen to music instead of all of the idle chatter that our minds can create on a daily basis. While doing mundane chores or even when driving in the car, distract your negative thoughts with music that inspires you and makes you feel good.
Once in a while everyone needs a ME day. Relieve stress by taking a whole day and designating it to you and you only. The key is to do what you enjoy but you must do it and be guilt free. What I mean is that many people are walking around like robots who have been programmed to tend to their responsibilities and nothing more. We have forgotten how to enjoy the simple things in life allowing for our hectic schedules to consume us day after day, night after night, week after week. Remember, all work and no play........as the saying goes. Shake up your routine. Even if you do this once a week, or once a month, taking a me day will give you something to look forward to. Get a massage, take a bubble bath, or even stay in your pjs all day, sitting on the couch watching all of your favorite movies. Spoil yourself, especially if no one else will. Relax as you feel your vibration rising.
Thank you for stopping by and visiting. Mark you calendars for Monday evening, February 7th. I will be at Villa Marcello Restaurant in Valley Stream. Join me as I deliver messages from your loved ones who have crossed on over to the other side. Do not miss this spectacular event.
Warmest Blessings.
